-Additional charges may apply for extra work requested on- site.
4. Payments
-Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
-We accept Cash, Zelle, Check, Credit Card, or other agreed methods
-Late payment may incur additional fees.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancellations.
-Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
-We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Client Responsibilities
-The client must provide access to the property.
-Pets must be secured during service.
-The client must inform us of any hazards or special conditions beforehand.
7. Liability
-We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
-WE are not liable for damage caused by faulty structures, improper installations, or hidden defects.
-Any claims must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide stellar quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue
